Greg Gagne and Keith Scherer joined the JAG Corps in 2001 and served as trial and defense counsel until they left active duty in 2005. They opened their civilian military practice in 2006, and the firm’s first client was a Coast Guardsman. Our former JAGs represent Coast Guardsmen at every stage of the military justice process: investigation, nonjudicial punishment, administrative and discharge boards, and special and general courts-martial.
